BENEFITS, INGREDIENTS AND HOW TO PROCESS ANT NEST

Ant nests, which are said to have many benefits in the medical field, are currently popular as medicine, especially to treat cancer disorders and symptoms. Benefits and Contents of Ant Nests
Ant nests, with the scientific name Myrmecodia pendans, is a type of epiphytic medicinal plant. These local plants do grow in Indonesia and are found in the forests of Kalimantan and Papua. From generation to generation, ant nests have been known as a family medicinal plant that can cure various minor and chronic diseases.
Besides being able to cure and prevent tumors, ant nests can be used as a medicine to cure nosebleeds, stomach ulcers, hemorrhoids, heart disease, tuberculosis, rheumatism, gout disorders, mild strokes, major strokes, ulcers, impaired kidney function, and prostate. Ant nests that are consumed regularly are also said to be able to facilitate breast milk, improve blood circulation, launch menstruation, and overcome leucorrhoea.
Based on research, Myrmecodia pendans is enriched with active compounds from the class of flavonoids, tannins, tocopherols, multi-minerals (Ca, Na, K, P, Zn, Fe, and Mg) and polysaccharides. Flavonoid compounds present in ant nests have properties to overcome cancer, namely by making carcinogenic substances that were previously active and reactive become inactive. In addition, antioxidants will also inhibit the cancer cell cycle and induce apoptosis.

How to Process Ant Nests ?
- Before processing ant nests, you must prepare the tools and materials. You only need to prepare 200 grams of ant nest, 3 liters of water, a pot, a filter, a stove and a glass.
- For the ant nest, you can choose products that are dry and ready to be processed. In fact, currently there are a number of dry ant nest products available in powder form.
- If you are using the dried anthill in pieces, you will need to chop, weigh, and crush it first. You can crush the anthill with a blender or mash without water.
- Turn the stove on to medium heat and place a saucepan on it. Pour the water into the pot, then wait for it to boil slightly. After that, pour the ant nest powder into boiling water and leave it for 3 minutes or until the water changes color.
- Wait until the temperature of the ant nest cooking water drops slightly, then strain it into a glass. Ant nest boiled water is ready to drink.
